About JULLY TECH
Since its establishment of Jully Technologies in 2016, the company has been committed to create an integrated shipping enterprise operating and management platform with independent intellectual property rights and participating in the design of the system by the shipping and ship management experts. Our platform has obtained over twenty property rights and also the PMS type approval certificate from China Classification Society.
Founder Mr. Li Dong
Founder Mr. Li Dong graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majoring in ship machinery management. After working on board to the position of the second engineer, he joined Dalian Chun An Ship Management Co., Ltd. in 1998 and has worked as a technical department manager, designated person and the general manager of the company. Mr. Li Dong has been engaged in more than 17 years of shipping and ship management in Chun An, familiar with the operation of shipping company and has a broad and systemic theory and experience on risk, quality and performance control in shipping and ship management.
